Greg joined TECO in 2003 as a Technical Services Specialist and was promoted to his current position later that year. Prior to coming to TECO, Greg gained experience in R&D testing, quality and operations control, and the manufacture of engineered wood products with Temple Inland. He is a member of the American Society for Quality, Forest Products Society, and the Society of Wood Science and Technology and holds a BS in Wood Science from Michigan Technological University.

Mr. Russell began his career working for Louisiana Pacific Corporation in 1970. He was with TECO from 1986 to 1989 working with Coastal Lumber Company, then Champion in Camden, Texas. From 1989 to 1991, Russell worked for the APA but returned to TECO in 1991 to perform the TECO concept of the Man-in-the-Mill for Hunt Forest Products mills in Natalbany and Pollock, Louisiana. He attended the University of Louisiana at Monroe majoring in accounting, and the College of Pentecost obtaining a degree in Christian education.

Paul has worked in the wood industry for more than 30 years. Prior to joining TECO in 1996, Paul worked as a technical director for Georgia Pacific, an industrial engineer/quality control manager with Champion International, and a lab analyst in the construction field with the Corps of Engineers. He is a member of the American Society for Quality. Paul has also served as an S.P.C. Committee member.
Bruce Ellsworth

Mr. Ellsworth started his wood products career in a furniture factory and then went on to manufacturing Silent Floors for Trus Joist™. Ellsworth worked for Willamette Industries in Springfield, Oregon, for 20 years before joining TECO. He spent more than three years as a laboratory technician prior to becoming a plywood technician. Ellsworth attended a community college for two years and has volunteered for the Santa Clara Rural Fire District in Lane County, Oregon. He has also volunteered in the District Attorney's office as a Crime Victims Advocate.
Fabio Roberto Flor

Mr. Fabio Roberto Flor, who since the fall of 2003 has conducted quality audits of TECO's Brazilian clients, has been involved with training, consulting and quality programs for the last eight years. He graduated with a degree in Business Management from the Federal University of Santa Catarina State (Brazil). He also completed the Entrepreneurs Development Program at Empretec - Sebrae, where he is approved as an Administration Regional Council member. Mr. Flor has also provided training and consulting of quality programs for Sebrae at various mills and small businesses in Brazil, always with the goal to improve the quality of products and procedures.

Shaheed joined TECO in 2000 with experience in quality control, R&D testing, university teaching, silviculture and forestry operations, sawmilling, and forest engineering projects. In his 27 years of experience in the forest industry he has worked as a Forester in Government, sawmill manager and lumberyard owner in private industry, and Senior Course Instructor and Research Associate in University. He has a PhD in Wood Science and Technology, a BSc in Forestry and Environmental Management, and diplomas in Tropical Forest Management and University Teaching.

Regis joined TECO in 2003. Prior to employment with TECO he was a lab manager at the Borden Chemical Technical Service Lab in High Point, North Carolina. He has also been involved with the product development of wood adhesives for the wood industry. Regis has manufacturing experience with particleboard, hardboard, and laminated truck flooring. Regis graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in Wood Technology and is a member of the American Society for Quality.

Mr. Larson joined TECO in 2005 and currently has a dual role as the Shreveport Lab Operations Supervisor and as an Auditor. Mr. Larson, a graduate from Louisiana Tech University, started his wood industry career at a particleboard mill in Lillie, Louisiana. Here he spent seventeen years in various positions before becoming a shift supervisor. Wayne also worked at an OSB mill in Minnesota before returning to Louisiana.
Rickey Matherson

Mr. Matherson has enjoyed a long and distinguished career in the plywood industry, involving a variety of supervisory assignments in numerous mills. These experiences have exposed him to all aspects of plywood production, including different panel lay-up and gluing methods. He joined TECO in 2008 as a Plywood Technician assigned to Chester Wood Products, LLC in Chester, South Carolina. Since then, his duties have been expanded to provide auditing services to Moncure Plywood LLC in Moncure, North Carolina.
Curtis Warren
Plywood Technician

Mr. Warren began his career in 2001 working for Hunt Forest Products in Pollock, Louisiana. He came to TECO in December 2004 as a Laboratory Technician at the TECO Shreveport Laboratory. In 2006 Curtis became the “relief plywood technician” and is now the “shared plywood technician” for the Weyerhaeuser Emerson and Zwolle mills. Curtis also handles the refurbishing of the TECO-Mater Shear Test Machine.
