Yoji Setsuie
Japanese Representative

Mr. Setsuie has represented TECO in Japan since 1995 and has been instrumental in helping TECO clients obtain and maintain compliance with Japanese Agricultural Standard (JAS) approval requirements. A native of Japan, Mr. Setsuie has worked in the field of international business for most of his career, with extended assignments in Los Angeles (California), Oslo (Norway), and Sydney (Australia) with Sumitomo Corporation. In addition to representing TECO, he also represents a Norwegian company that exports timber products to Japan.

Fabio Roberto Flor
Brazilian Representative

Mr. Fabio Roberto Flor, who since the fall of 2003 has conducted quality audits of TECO's Brazilian clients, has been involved with training, consulting and quality programs for the last eight years. He graduated with a degree in Business Management from the Federal University of Santa Catarina State (Brazil). He also completed the Entrepreneurs Development Program at Empretec - Sebrae, where he is approved as an Administration Regional Council member. Mr. Flor has also provided training and consulting of quality programs for Sebrae at various mills and small businesses in Brazil, always with the goal to improve the quality of products and procedures.
