Laboratory Testing

TECO operates two laboratories near the major wood product manufacturing regions in the USA; the Northwest and Southeast. The labs are also near major east and west coast ports for access to international shipments. The Eugene lab and Shreveport lab are ISO 17025 accredited by the International Accreditation Service (IAS). The location of the laboratories gives TECO the ability to focus their efforts to match the needs of their customers. The Eugene Laboratory works closely with wood adhesive manufacturers, deck and guardrail component manufacturers, as well as engineered wood manufacturers. The Shreveport Laboratory works primarily with structural panel manufacturers on certification and specialty testing projects.
